1:1 Training

Training Intensity, Form, and Technique are probably the most often missed ingredients from your progress.  With a few 1 on 1 sessions, we can show you proper form and technique, as well as what amount of intensity is expected and needed to grow optimally. 

Each Training Session will include:

  • Personalized Instruction

  • Technique Critique and Adjustments

  • Most importantly: Intensity will be Required

Personalized Instruction

We will walk you through you workout for the day, and show you how to properly perform each exercise and how those movements will work best for you.  We focus on renaissance hypertrophy principles and progressive overload.

We teach how to get full range of motion.  How to take advantage of the stretched position, and to maximize the contraction at the peak of the movement

Technique Critique and Adjustments

While you perform each exercise we will critique your form and execution.  Then we can show an instruct you what changes need to be made to get the most out of each exercise.  We also take advantage of video recordings and provide feedback while in person.

Intensity

Intensity:  This is the difference between those that grow like a weed, and those that continue to see little to no progress.  Each time you workout you need to shock the muscle and force it to come back stronger.  The only way that happens, is if your intensity and effort is greater this time than last.
